The consortium encourages efforts for a better understanding of the needs of the industry. The economical, managerial and marketing aspects of aquaculture and fisheries are as important as the technical aspects of this industry. Each partner maintains optimal liaison with the local industry (companies or farms) and research topics are adjusted according to evaluations.
